I’m a strength and movement coach with a background in elite sport, currently coaching the South African National Beach Sprint rowing team on the road to the 2028 LA Olympics and serving as Head Coach at Peninsula Girls Rowing Club in Cape Town.

 

I previously led UCT Rowing and was awarded UCT Sports Coach of the Year 2024 for my contribution to athlete development and team culture.

 

Alongside this work, I coach men and women with full lives, bringing the same calm, thoughtful approach to building strength that lasts, through personalised training designed for real life."
